Communion wafers, somtimes called altar bread, sacramental hoasts or simply communion bread is used as part of the Christian and Catholic communion service. Our wafers are round, measuring 29mm in diameter with a cross on each side.

Our communion wafers are made according to Cannon Law 942 and are made from Water and Wheat flour. This ensures that they have a long shelf life and you can be safe in the knowledge that your wafers are correctly made for your communion service.

Communion wafers represent the broken body of Christ in the communion service and many churches follow the commands of Jesus when he said to his disciples "This is my body, given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."
